Interfax-CRKI LLC is authorized to publish messages in the Interfax News, provided that such information shall be disclosed by the Company by the method of publishing in the News and on the Internet web-site according to the Law of the Russian Federation and legal acts of Bank of Russia (hereinafter referred to as the "Messages") and other information that shall be disclosed by the Company on the Internet web-site according to the Law of the Russian Federation and legal acts of Bank of Russia, either is authorized to obtain access to the Interfax-CRKI Information Disclosure Center for publishing Messages and other information in the News and on the Internet web-site as provided by Interfax-CRKI
